food for the sick

This is our confort food when we are not well.

Its warm, soupy, tasty and non spicy.

Its call bubur ayam.

You will need

1/2 cup long grain rice

3 1/2 cups of water

1 Chicken breast cut to small cubes

1/2 cup Celery with carrot chop

1 clove of garlic

Salt and pp to taste.

U can add flavour enhancer if u like. But mine is msg free. :-)

Wash and rinse the rice. And put everything in a pot. Cook until the rice is soft and mushy.

Serve warm.
