me and my milk...

seperti yg mama janjikan...mama nak buat special(konon) pasal makanan yg membuatkan my milk banyak, pekat dan badan mama kuat...

I will story mory about my daily pantang meal first:

1. Breakfast mama : 1 cawan Anmum Lecta, 5 keping biskut kering jacob dan 4 to 5 biji kurma.

2. in between meal breakfast dan lunch : warm plain water and 2 biji kurma.

3. lunch : nasi, sup ayam abg masak guna olive oil, anak ikan tamban goreng tanpa minyak, susu Anmum lecta 1 cawan and 3 biji kurma

4. makan petang : yang ni special...selalunya ada lah spegetti ke, roast chicken ke, nasi mandhi ke...tengok chef punya mood...if not...just hot milo with plain biskut and 3 biji kurma

5. Dinner : macam lunch.

6. bila2 lalu ke singki...tetus capai plain water..

apa yg sentiasa ada setiap kali meal mama?

kurma kan...

itu lah rahsianya....kurma memang dapat memberi tenaga, sunnah, small fruit but pack with vitamins and fiber....Subhanallah....

so ibu2...mkn lh kurma.... murah dan baik...

selain kurma, mama minum,air masak dgn banyak, Anmum lecta tu pun bagus dan mkn nasik penuh pinggan every meal...:)

senang cara ko ek. mkn kurma je. nak try gak la.. before bersalin, kena suruh my darl cari stok kurma byk2 la...

yup btul,aku pun masukkan kurma dlm meal harian,time breakfast aku amik 2 biji kapsul habbatus sauda.ini pun bleh boost up bm & also bg energy.

mcteh,ms preggy pun bgs make kurma...ado ore oyt bleh elak baby kena jaundis nti lahir.wallahua'lam.
